But soak it in terayki for awhile and then cook on the grill was very nice also.

The buck was a spike just about to fork, but it was the last day of my hunt and I was happy with it.

I used my .300 H&H Mag and 200 grn Nosler Partitions.  The shot was lasered at 268 yards prone off a backpack.

Can you post em here? Or link?

*FINGER*  :)

Like I said, on the last morning of a three day hunt, I shot what walked in front of me.  And that baby was mighty tasty.

Saburo, I got my recipes from here: http://www.justgamerecipes.com/index.htm

Dune, no harm intended, I know what you mean about tasty and shooting what you see.  I shot by far the smallest elk in camp this year, a spike/fork.  my last deer was a little forkie.

You guys go easy on those plant killers.  If more people quit eating meat like them my steaks would be cheaper.

At 4:00 am this morning I was plowing laneways and ended up chasing 5 ... yes 5 White Tailed deer down the street with my Truck. This is in the City for Gawds sake. Time to cull the herds and might as well enjoy the meat while we are at it.

This was on Priam way in Bells Corners for those from Ottawa.

No harm taken  :)

BTW, very nice antelope.  Where'd you get it?  My dad and I are thinking of putting in for Wyoming this year in hopes of getting one.  Drawing antelope tags in AZ is not easy.

I wish you guys would STFU about food. I have a mouth full of stitches and it'll be Friday before I can eat solid food again. I'm so tired of chicked broth, raw eggs and oatmeal I'm about to go insane. If alcohol were solid instead of liquid I WOULD have gone insane.
