Wouldn't it be nice.....

Wouldn't it be nice that any candidate that wants to get elected HAS to sign a contract that they will push their agenda (say the first 12 months) while in office. Failure to do so would result in forfeiture of their benefits and their job. No unemployment either.
Many apathetic citizens would actually vote as they'd actually know what the candidates stood for.
If the candidate is not bright enough to put his/her agenda down on paper in layman's language, he/she doesn't deserve the office.
