Thats nice of you to say funked. But if we had a military as big as Isreal we wouldnt be in Iraq.  Even if we had sent just 2 guys it would have included us in the 'willing' but we wouldnt even do that. Our ships are still there hunting terrorists but Canada was not interested in participating in the invasion of Iraq.

Actually, there are no RCN ships currently deployed in the Gulf.  HMCS Calgary, the last one on station, came home this week.
