American's cannot be held has non-combatants

http://www.cnn.com/2003/LAW/12/18/padilla.case/index.html

I remember ranting about this months ago... all you smart bellybutton Bush****esheads think you're right for supporting someone who violates the law.

He's done more damage to what this Country stands for than the terrorists!

The REPUBLICAN appointed Conservative Court system DISAGREEs with Bush - as do most Americans who believe in the LAW and the US CONSTITUTION.

Remember Bush took an oath to uphold the law and defend the constitution. That oath was just another lie in his repertory of lies.

Next year, the Supreme Court will rule on the detainees at GITMO.

And yet again... Bush will be found to be in violation of the Constitution!

This guy has bankrupt every company he's been CEO of!

He and his family has a history of violating US law and International law!

The fear with a Saddam trial will be in the facts coming out about Bush Sr as CIA director selling WMD to Iraq!

Now his incompetent son is going to air the dirty laundry. LOL

Figures! :rofl

And you Nincompoops who believe in this guy will continue to support him to the very end.. no matter what the truth is. :lol

I fart in your general direction... come back and I will taunt you again! :rofl

Really?  As much as I just loathe Dominos pizza in the first place, that philly cheesesteak pizza made me cringe even more than I usually do thinking about one of their pizzas.  I like steak, but I wouldn't buy a steak at Denny's, and I figured the stuff on their pizza would be a level or two lower in quality than the crap at Denny's.  OTOH, I'd eat a steak sub at Subway, so I guess I ain't THAT choosey.  Speaking of which, did you know that choosey moms choose Jiff peanut butter?  It's true!

The Pizza hut Sicilian is pretty good....I also like the big newyorker too.  Dominos is good but Papa Jhons is the bomb as far as franchise pizza goes

Gunslinger,

I agree with you about Papa Johns, they are my regular supplier.  I just like the cheese steak pizza at dominos for a change from the usual style of pizza.

The Supreme Court last month acide whether the detainees, picked up in Afghanistan and Pakistan, should have access to the courts. The justices agreed to hear that case after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled that the prisoners had no rights to the American legal system.

Clinton appointed court (District of Columbia)

"The San Francisco appeals court, ruling Thursday on a petition from a relative of a Libyan the U.S. military captured in Afghanistan, said the Bush administration's indefinite detention of the men runs contrary to American ideals."

Yes the very conservative San Francisco court:rolleyes:

i like to go back and read the positive remarks ( all "conservatives") endorsing the torture murders at gitmo of prisoners under military control.

was a memorable day for me, pointed out how far from center you people were willing to go to endorse a deserter torturing people wearing my countrys uniform. sad but true your beneth contemp.

by support of torture you totaly missed the point of our country we dont torture... but you do... makes me want to puke when you wrap you facist crap in my flag.

It's funny that LDV calls Bush a deserter, when he himself received a dishonorable discharge.
