Hi Alpha men,

With the imminent release of the Beta have any of you successfully programmed a TM22/TQS/Rudder set yet? Actually not just for my set up but for all the different set ups. I think it should/would help all of us to have one in advance to be ready to fly. <Bows deeply to all. In anticpation of someone offering his stick set so I can fiddle with it and call it my own>

I can just see it now. Download the thing and then having to spend the next 3 hours programming my stick. The delay will drive me mad.

All help appreciated.

I'm using my WB setup unaltered in AH.

Guess that's one advantage of following a software designer around

(I also suspect I've spent too many years with the same buttons and hats doing the same thing to be able to change now.)

you're kidding right ???? a dream would come true. since wb i rarely change my tm sticksetup just for the reason i'm so used to it that i try to configure other flightsims just that way. would be great if i havn't to change much for AH

Yep, didn't have change a thing for my MS sidewinder 3D, works exactly the same as in WB.

Most other keys are the same BTW, including the trim keys, auto trim, view keys, etc.
The only differences I can think of offhand is you use the "p" key (power)for WEP instead of f10, and you type ".ef" (exit fast) instead of ".e." after landing that 3 kill mission

You guys are gonna LOVE this sim!

Just wait a lil longer...

see yaz up there tonite

Mine did not change either.

You guys will like it.

I will have a target painted on my airplane. In fact I think Ill ask HT for a special ICON just for me.

Will that be SHARKEY, FTG FTGCSS or what that shoots me down  .

Quote the Av8tr "see yaz up there tonite"

Please do not tease, I would expect something like that from FireFox.

Do you know something?

Here's a config file for MS Sidewinder Force Feedback users. Not very fancy, but it does give you the 45 degree angle views. To see the "high" views vs. level views push the hat switch to the view you want then hit the "D" button which has the 5 from the keypad programmed to it.
I suggest right-clicking and doing a "save target as". Put it in your X:\Microsoft Hardware\Game Controllers\Profiles folder.

Hey sleep,

I have what I think are pretty good files for the CH pro throttle and Combat stick.  Drop me an email and I'll send them to ya.
