I have the sad duty to report that another Aces High player has passed on.

Very recently, VX, formerly of the =Ghosts=, lost his fight with inoperable brain cancer.

VX began flying sims in Air Warrior. When the =Ghosts= reformed in Aces High, VX was one of the initial members. He was among the finest people that I've been fortunate to get to know in Aces High.

VX is deeply missed by his family, friends and squad members. The =Ghosts= offer their prayers and best wishes to VX's family and we know he now has real wings with which to fly.

The following members of the =Ghosts= offer our biggest to our fallen friend. We will continue to carry his name on the squadron roster.

As is the tradition, a special missing-man flight will be made in the TA, with the screen shot going on the squadron website in memorium. All who knew VX are invited to attend. Date is TBD, but will be posted via this thread.

I was truly saddened when I heard the news on squad vox this evening. My condolences to VX's family.

I won't miss the memorial flight for the world.
