not in the same manner as a real air war, one time being killed is all you got there.

but in AH if youve played since the begining of the game you have seen names that you flew with  when you started slowly fade away till only a few of the origional group remain. its kind of earily similar and meloncholy way. then seeing a new group come in and fade away and be replaced again.
Fester was my in game name until September 2013

But many have changed names!  My recent "discovery" was Titanium, who I remember from years back. I thought he had quit,  but he had just changed his handle.   Hi Tit! ;)

And some that had been posted MIA suddenly turn up again.

Don't know if any of you guys remember me, but I finished my new machine this weekend and I downloaded everything, installed, and flew for the first time in months last night.

A friend at work got a new computer and joystick and had some-how gotten a copy of Fighter Ace downloaded and flew it a few times.   I told him to try AH, and he's downloaded it and tried it offline a few times.   He wanted somebody to show him the ropes online, so here I am.

Go easy on us fellas!

Sorry I missed ya Key - I checked the roster when I logged in and didn't see you there.

I just went for the side with the lowest numbers.    You know, the game started me out as a Bishop even though they had the most -- I thought there was some sort of side balancing in effect for new logins?   Guess not...

Felt good to be "in the air" again!

Hey oboe, nice to have you back!

You really should download the beta to mess with; its pretty cool.  No Japanese birds yet but they'll be along soon enough.
