If you reset my damn perk points at the beginning of this setup your going to have to listen to me go off on all the reasons why that is a dumb move.

Why start a new map with 200 perk points? In that case, why perk anything at all? Duh?

Either way, it looks ..... velly intervestink.

Then why not just have full plane set open to both sides.....

No 109G2 or 190A-5, add the P-51B.

Spit IX was used untill the end of hostilities in large #s...but its not required for this to be a good setup, so whatever.

Thumbs up Mr Fork, I enjoyed this set last it was run :)

I'm keeping the G2 and A5 as it was a fairly desperate time for the Luftwaffe. They were sending boys up in retired a/c including the Fw 190A-5 and Bf 109G-2.  I read in History of the Luftwaffe, (Time 1968), that anything that was flyable they were sending the boys up in.

I will add the P-51B later today thought. Forgot to include it.

Besides, when the P-51B is in, it'll be 9 fighters a side: Spit,Temp,Tiff,Stangx2,Lightening,Jugsx3 vs Bfx3,Fwx4,Me,Ta

The 163 is a uber rocket and doesn't count. :D

Not the Merlin 61 Spit IX, which is what AH has. In fact, by Feb 45, all the Spit IXs in Western Europe were running on 100/150 fuel, pulling 25lbs boost, and had a speed of around 360 mph on the deck, which is the same as the AH Spit XIV. They also had a climb rate of around 5,500ft/min on the deck.

I've read this too.  I think that you need to add the 109F-4 for this very reason.  Right Eagler?

The Bf 109F-4? You want the Bf 109F-4?

IF I give the Luftwaffe the Bf 109F-4, what do I give the Allies?

Some problems of setup
« Reply #27 on: January 02, 2004, 02:48:53 PM »
Few problems:
  • Too many 262 at least 50% of axis time to time become 262 - probably need to increese its perk value
  • Put in MOTD the numbers of bases that can be captured by allies to get 262s

P-47D-25 is a perfect match for the 109F-4.

There is only one german base that holds the stored 262's.   I may be forced to reset perk points if all that is flown is the 262 or up the perk value to 100 OR enable the perk balance.
