depends - what do you got in there now?
If it's not an Ultra, its basically on a par with a non-overclocked GF4-Ti4200 for non-AA/AF settings, and maybe 20-40% better when AA and AF are turned on.

I'm running a 4200 right now on an old amd 1.0 system.  will be building a p4 3.0 system this month tho.
