Its a different culture, there in Australia. I have heard its quite normal there, in the land of the lost.
People ride kangaroos ('roos' as they call them), the mail is delivered via boomerang, and babies are fed tree bark, rocks, and Foster's.

We all get 'stupid' once in a while.  The 'trick' is to avoid doing it on camera.
    I've always liked his TV show and I'll probablity still watch it but it would be nice if he'd make some kind of 'statement' about just where his brain was that afternoon.

I mentioned in another post...I have a good friend whos wife is from Australia. They visit family there couple times a year..anyway, the general consesus for years among alot of Australians, at least this group that he knows, think that Steve is basically nuts. Not as in "daring, adventurer" nuts, but loco, crazy.  

I think this confirms it.
