REGISTRATION:
Open at 3:00 PM ET on January 10th until all spots are filled.

First Come First Serve – ALL Pilots who register will be assigned to fly with a group of pilots in the Scenario.Depending on the how many pilots register for the Scenario may allow us to ADD more Fighter and Bomber groups if the demand is there for it.

FRAME DATES:
Frame 1 - Feb 7th 15:00 Eastern/20:00 UK/21:00 CET

Frame 2 - Feb 14th 15:00 Eastern/20:00 UK/21:00 CET

Frame 3 - Feb 21st 15:00 Eastern/20:00 UK/21:00 CET

Frame 4 - Feb 28th 15:00 Eastern/20:00 UK/21:00 CET

All frames are 3 hours long

We are really looking at getting as many BOMBER PILOTS and BOMBER SQUADS registered for the event.

If you and or your squad is interested in Flying in the B17 - please email me ( Allied CO ) at mikebowman-ah@sbcglobal.net - We want to get a feel for how many are planning on registering.

Will P47's escort all the way to target?

In theory NO.

The more the escorts fly the SAME path the Bombers do - probabaly not straight to the target - the morefule they will burn which means they can not stay with the bombers all the way.

Now as ALLIED CO - I could ( But will not do so ) have the escrts fly STRAGIHT to the Ruhr targets - but then that leaves my bombers unescorted.

We will do all we can with rules and orders to make it as close to the real thing as possible.

The bomber guys already KNOW they wil be un escorted over the targets - just as they were in 1943.
