It takes a while for folk to accept you being different and saying odd stuff.  Oz has worked hard at it for quite some time, and is mostly accepted.  Just be patient.  (Ozfinds it best to start small too, don't unleash the full oddity all at once.  )

And of course, wondering if oz may be a FoF just got you executed. Sorry.

One thing an oz will say for Scop:  he takes all the beatings and abuse and jokes at his expense with a smile (and a friendly <finger> ).  At the Con, there was always a Scop joke or remark, but he takes it the right way, because well, he begs and pleads for our attention.  And we comply.  Scop in person is actually pretty cool.
