Info from site below:

http://www.automotiveforums.com/t114127.html

NOW LET'S LOOK at the Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa

0-100 of only 5.3 sec trumps even the Kawasaki ZX-9R's 7.2 0-100.

Its hard to get a proper meaurement from our bike, due to a rolling start, however I timer 10 MPH - 110 MPH, at 8.27 seconds.

The Suzuki bike above is noted as 5.3 seconds to 100 MPH !

I know nothing about bikes.

But from the research, it looks possible.

Refer to this page for a riders account of the Suzuki GSX1300R

Notice the styling below? The video bike may be a Suzuki

On the video, the bike takes 10.4 seconds to get from 10 MPH to 120MPH.

Conclusion:

This video if for real. The rider is being conservative!

thanks for the specs... the video is real im sure. The speed looks right to me (only rode for 8 years) and i know for a fact the bike can do it. I never miss demo rides and this bike is insane.

I didnt crack it over half throttle and the front wheel wanted to come up. The demo guys had a rule though. You lift the front you walk back.
