GV mg's causing many CTD's in 1.999

Happens with Tiger, Panzer and M3.

Using either pintle or hull guns.

Tank main guns are ok.

Fire into the sky with mg's is ok.

Firing at and hitting trees is ok.

Firing at and hitting buildings is ok.

However fire at and hit either the small bushes or the grass and every time i get CTD at most i here 2 or 3 rounds fire before i hit the desktop.

Apologies but its late here and dont have the time to try firing into runways or other surface types.

Same here, captured this error when I fired the machine gun from the driver position in the Tiger.

Application popup: Aces High II (beta): aceshigh.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x004ced93" referenced memory at "0x0000001c". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Looks cryptic to me

Further...all in the Tiger...

When I started a A149 to spawn into A3 from the SE launch, my GV was literally surrounded by trees.  I managed to eek out an opening (reverse).

There is a large zero "O" blinking over the gear indicator

The barrel of the main gun flickers while in the driver position

Heading back in
