Help with a website
« on: January 10, 2004, 11:07:09 PM »
I know this is the wrong forum, but this is kind of urgent and I can't figure out what is wrong. At my place of work they have this emulator thing where you can log in and check your times out, lineup etc.,

But, for the life of me I can't get it to work properly. I know this is a dumb question, but I have no idea how these things work. (The internet program) and I was wondering about a possible fix.

You have to log in to bring up this screen, and then you have to login with a different username and password to see the lineup crew etc., I can enter the username, but it won't tab down to select password. I can't click either.

Here is what it looks like

Would this be a internet problem on my front end?  Like I said, it's an odd question because obviously none of you know about it. But, I thought maybe some of you have had experience with a like program. And a possible fix would be great.

Much appreciated.

Try just hitting the Tab key (not alt-tab).

Or just hit enter and see if it comes back with the cursor in the password field.

Some things I always try when I run into this:

Hit the Page Down key
Try the Arrow keys
Turn 'Number Lock' off and hit '2' on the right hand number pad.

Then Alt and Ctrl variants of those.

The '+' and '-' keys also work in some progs.

Just some ideas...but I'm guess'n here.

Try using the arrow keys?

Nope - none of that works, it seems like it freezes is what it seems like. Once I enter the login id, I can't click anywhere else, before that I can.

-Edit- Just called a bud that works with me, he says no problems on his end, maybe my pop-up stopper? But, that doesn't seem right. -Edit-
