As Montezuma already mentioned, just turn your stall limiter on then you have your Relaxed Realism.  If you want to become better by pushing your plane to the edge of the envelope, then you must learn to fly your plane with the stall limiter off.

I actually fly with combat trims on, which in effect is a form of relaxed realism.  I probably can turn my plane much faster if I learn to use the trim in combination with my joystick, but I would probably have to learn to maintain E.  I am happy with combat trims for the moment.  It brings enough enjoyment for me.

murdr... I have flown both the MA and CT.   the skill levels are about the same... same % of decent sticks and same % of clueless and... given a chance... the ct will instantly turn into "missunz".   the maps are set and the field hardness are set so that doesn't happen.

The CT is allriight but the fights are not varied enough.   Axis planes act about the same and allied planes act about the same... put em together and the fights end up being pretty same same.

field spacing and hardness make all the difference.   Give people a way to hide from confrontation and they will...

In the CT.. the numbers are too low and pleas to go pork some field half way round the map go unanswered.... I do see guys killing the CV tho and killing the only decent fight.   I do about the same in either arena but..  in the CT I can get stuck in a plane like a P40b and do poorly... there is no way to get out of that hole.

If the matchups are about even... I have had some good times in the CT.  Still... the sameness of the fights gets old.  "gee... wonder what move that 109/190/nik/zeke will make against my heavy American plane?"
