I just got off the phone with Doug Balmos a few minutes ago.  Several days ago, I offered them webspace for a mirror.  They didn't think they'd need it since their web host has a T3.  Well I got 2 emails from Doug saying he was going to make use of the mirror after all, and warned me that doing so would busy the heck out of my server.

So be it    Get 1.05 out.

I see he's uploaded it, just hasnt made the mirror link to it yet on the Aces High Site.
