O, that's cool.   I was laughing my arse off on Sunday night; so, we're even.  :D  It's great to see the whining go from the M.A. directly to the boards afterwards.  Some folks just can't whine enough, I guess.

Hey folks...I meant what I said: it was not meant to be a whine.
While I concur with some of the frustration articulated by my esteemed squaddie, DmdDano, I also remember when Rooks and Knights were overrun with the Bishop hordes. Kudos to the Rooks for organizing "RJO" and turning their' fate around.

Is it fun to be outnumbered 3:1? Of course not. Does it suck to be pushed into a corner and vulched to smithereens? You bet! The country #'s advantage seems to gravitate around about once a year. Hell, even the Nits had high Sunday nights #'s for awhile.

The Damned, after a brief stay in Bish-land decided to help the then underdogs...Knights...and have stayed ever since. To those squads and players who strive to maintain parity in numbers, SALUTE. To the folks who organized the Rook squads, SALUTE.

As I said in the beginning, enjoy the ride. What goes around, comes around.

Honestly, I look forward to the day when the Rooks' #'s are consistently equal to, if not lower than, the Bish and Knits.  Being the underdog means you'll always be able to find a fight, and you have to fly a helluva lot smarter when a horde isn't backing ya up.

I dunno, I've been really impressed with the Rooks lately.  Usually I only see people flying that high and that timidly in the CT.  Good to see that "style" of "fighting" is crossing over.

Funny I'm a rook and I rarely fly past 10k over the field elevation i'm headed to and I constantly get pounced by enemy from 10k above me.

Last night we had one of the small maps.  Today we're back on the AKDessert map.  The same map we were on a few days ago.  What happened to the map rotation?

pizzugh shares its reset rotation with ball-tic (or with the small map set - only saw ball-tic so far) as a compromise to the all pizzugh all the week whineage. so i think it's pizzugh/small/pizzugh/small/etc for the week.
