Actually his account was not terminated. he was banned fore 3 days, which was later revoked and removed from his customer record.
The person untimately responsible for the banning also made a lengthy public apology. they made the mistake and apologized--in front of the entire community.
This WW2 flight sim does not Ban mention of other products.
He was banned because of a certain lack of clarity regarding the conduct code among the in-game staff. Currently that game is going through some major changes in ownership and is, as a result, experiencing a certain amount of trouble (as is inevitable with change). That issue, I am sure, is being addressed.
It was solely a mistake on the part of the staff, which has been apologized for. They were wrong, and they admitted it without mincing words. THAT is the true way to tell wiether a company actually cares (something which "Brand W" notably seems to lack).
