Great framing. What size lens was he using for this shot? I use a 400mm and it damn hard to get a picture setup like that. Should add, hand held. No pod

The lead mustang is Crazy Horse, you can fly that one if you want to spend the bucks.  It's operated by a company in Kissimee Florida, they sell rides or provide training.  You can find them on the web easy enough.  

It's a TF51, which means two seat and dual controls.  A few were built for training during the war, but most TF's today were converted.   The back 51 is just a P51 with a second seat added, no controls.

The Air Force has a program called "Heritage Flight" that they do at air shows, whereby a Mustang (or two) flies with an F-16 or F-15 or both.  Its pretty cool to watch.
