Bah!  P40's blow, they can't beat enemy planes, much less alien fighter jets...

This looks pretty neat, I too have hopes for it.  If the theme song in the trailer sounds familiar, btw, it's because it's from Stargate.

Saw the trailer before LOTR... I like!

P40 rocks.  You are not one with the P40.

And they're not alien jet fighters.. they're flappy things :)

If Will Smith couldn't shoot down aliens in an F-18, I don't think Jude Law can do it in a P-40

If you are familiar with the old 40's era serials mason, and like those, you would enjoy it.  It mimics those old movies very well.

I liked it.

I saw it too.  Entertaining, though the cinematography was a bit dark.  I believe it was supposed to be, but nonetheless, it had the quality of a colorized movie.  It doesn't take place in our universe, in that it makes no pretext to conform to reality.  It is very much a Flash Gordon type movie, in the vein of old sci-fi comic books from the pre-WWII era.

Correct Eagler.  The actors, some (very few) props, but the rest is all CG.  It is only blatantly noticeable in about 3 scenes too.

I would just call it a fun movie to see.
