Hi

I was given this medal about 25 years ago and I've always wanted to know more about it.  Does anyone know what it's actually called and under what circumstances would it have been awarded?

I think its repro but looks like this.
Is there marked pin behind?

That's the 1939 EK II Spange, the one I have is a 1939 EK I spange.
