Cubans don't have a lot of options when it comes to escaping their government. It's not like they can fill out an emmigration form, is it?

I personaly think it stupid that we after all these years have not opened up dialoge with Cuba and normalized relations with them.

After all our imigration policy has worked so well in So. Florida:D

I can't believe the Cubans haven't figured out to go to Mexico and hop the border... the Mexicans definitely have a higher success rate going for them.
