Always twice, unless a day where timing is real screwed up. I never floss though

2 or 3 times. Floss as well and use listerine.

I've never found the need to shave my balls, but have trimmed the lower regions of that area to cut down on painful tangling during jogging or ellipitical training.

2, one morning once before bed for sure. Depending if I'm going out/who I'm with or what I ate I''ll brush again to clean up after a meal.

One of them in the morning, the other at night. That way I always have a snack saved for emergencies.
