Managing relative E state....

One thing I noticed filming the clips for dolittles post was the various "options" that went thru my head as I tried to make choices that would conform to what I wanted to show...The FM-2/La-7 clip coming to mind the most. I'd have never even considered utilizing the specific tactic employed prior to reading Drex's article on "convergent E states" (hope I got that right).

I'm curious what else is out there...both from the negitive E side...but more importantly from the positive E side as well...as we all know....speed kills:(

It's not speed that kills, its the stopping!

Be it a wall, the ground (my personal favourite) or the sudden disolving away of your aircraft thanks to cannon fire. It is suddenly going from 300 kts to 0 that kills.  :D
