What's the point? It's already a multiple charge state crime. It doesn't have anything to do with interstate commerce; the criminals are most likely not crossing state lines. The feds should have no jurisdiction here.

My state can figure out how to deal with these people in a more representative way than the Federal government can. Keep it in the hands of the states.

I own a 2000 Lincoln Navigator....OH YEAH....THAT IS AN SUV!!!!! Burns gas faster than an alcoholic at OKTOBERFEST drinking that fine German Brew!!!!!

Ohh I dont use it for hauling kids at all....just me the wife and my two dogs....

And by the way I have a HUGE NASCAR sticker on the back window...Takes up the entire back side.....

Come to think of it....My Nav gets worse gas mileage than the NASCAR cars....LOL....well really not but pretty close.
