Obviously, thats not quality... they haven't tempered the blade beyond the outer skin of the blade. There is a few good companies that still made blades the old fashioned way with a one peice tang, but they are few and far between.

Moral of the story- you get what you pay for.

The 93.3 WFLZ radio station morning show dj interviewed the guy that sent in the clip. He was the camera producer for the segment and he had warned the emcee to not bang the sword on the table because of the risk of it breaking. The guy did it anyway.

The radio dj asked the question "why did the camera stay on the victim for so long? Why didn't you guys pull away like they did on Janet Jackson during the Super Bowl?" and the answer was "We were all laughing too hard to think about that."
