<scrtatches back of head>

 Oddly, I never was one lucky for multi-kill runs in any other sim. A few twosies and threesies. Not till AH  did I really get some higher kill-count flights.  Vulching included

I used to regularly get 4-5 kill sorties in Aw's FT arena in a 109-G. It was fun to takeoff and get into a fight in less that 2 minutes...most fights there were under 5k alt. That arena really helped my SA and gunnery....too bad the FM was so dumbed down, that experience just doesn't carryover to AH

I have to go back to AW4W when I was the "Vader Monster"...

I swear there was not a plane in the arena I couldn't smack with ease with the ol' A-26.

Diving into 9 or 10 Spits with my A-26 and leaving with that many kills, ah that was a blast

People got so tired of seeing that POP! message they use to hunt me down all the time...

Then they porked it

Oh well, on the AWII and AWIII where I did uber full realism 38 missions all the time   Started flying the Jug, got tired of it, did the P40 for quite a while and went to the A-26 in full realism. Was fun till they porked damage settings, haven't looked back yet

Now they're all bad sorties. And they always will be till I get another Attack designation plane   Meantime I hype myself as being the biggest dweeb with the weirdest name to ever grace that which is called Aces High.

Bad sortie:

Landing wheels up.

Good sortie:

Living through it.

Call it a mistery sortie, but when the P38 came out (the 1st version), I flew a sortie in it to test it (I seldom fly it nowadays). Flying with Blitz & Habicht we got to meet about 10-12 cons coalt. I don't know what happened, but I got eight of them...

Then again, I can remember those 8574395 No Kill/fast death sorties as well...
