When I was married, I was given as a wedding gift a gallon jug of Tabasco.  I have about 3/4 left, and though it is a vile appearing fluid in the jar, it tastes great when decanted.  Very smoky flavor, like the smell of oak burning.  I take a bottle out every now and then, but I want it to last at least 20 years.

I'm a Tabasco fiend as well. I have about a half dozen of their ties and every make of their sauce in my refrigerator. Nothing beats the garlic flavor except...the chipotle Tabasco...outstanding on eggs...

They funniest thing to do to your squad leader when he's being a salamander invovles tabasco.  My squadleader was a salamander about gettin HIS particular canteen back when out in the field....one day while doing a water run I took one of the small little tabasco bottles that come in MREs and dumped it into his canteen.  Knowing that he'd be a baby about getting the right one back.

After a 9 mile force march in full packs tobasco water doesnt go well with the system.  I dont think I came close to killing him but he wasnt happy.  All in good fun though, i've had that happen to me a few times since than!

Tabasco is great stuff, but if you want a better flavor, Munkii is right!
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

Tabasco is great but if ya want something a bit more spicy try Shotgun Willies Habanero sauce. Oh yeah, Tabasco has a soy sauce now.
Here we put salt on Margaritas, not sidewalks.

I go thru a bottle of the Tabasco Jalapeno sauce about every week. It's the best watermelon evar on steak. A bottle of regular Tabasco usually lasts me a month or so. Don't really care for the chipotle stuff, but it's ok on eggs.

There's hot...and then there's this  --->

Dave's Insanity Sauce.  Hottest thing I've ever tasted by a mile and a half.

great with 3 drops (i MEAN drops) in a gallon of chilli.
