Thats a Spit VIII. The Aussies of 475"Grey Nurse" Squadron used those sharkmouths in the Pac.

Images of 457 Spit VIIIs flying out of Morotai in 1945. The owner of that restored Spit VIII used his own initials instead of the ZP codes of 457 RAAF

I know its a Spit mk.VIII, But I want it on the mk.IX... Since we don't have 8's but we do have 9's.

The Mk VIII was a better plane than the IX,
However, the boosted-up LF IX spits would be THE thingie for AH.
