Actually, since you have entered the frey and since you were a dork on Air Warrior and you're still a dork now, I've rethunk my position and decided not to bother law enforcement with overgrown boy scouts playing bad bellybutton on the Internet. You guys aren't credible enough as a threat for a DA to convince a jury you are a legitimate threat anyway.

Actually if i may: to file a complaint you would prolly have to contact the state of Texas since BOTH the BBS and said accused are in this state it would then be looked at and if found credible would be handed over to FBI Internet Crime Enforcment division who would THEN ru na FULL background check to verify IF any said indivuduels have actually recieved any advanced military trainiing {ie. snipers} they will also check military psych records of said persons to make a determination if they are potentially "unstable" and then go from there. This is a rather long and indepth process but, since the creation of the "patiot act" it is entirely possible. IF you want to pursue this action. I am not advising this just trying to pass on the info.

FYI: if its spoken insults its SLANDER

BTW read HTC TOS i would think they are absolved and protected legally from any threats slander or insults hurled by useres of theis BBS but, im not a lawyer

BTW did even more checking, would be really hard actually to prove the whole threat thing IE. his online persona threatened your online persona or vice versa you would have to prove you were threatened directly by a real life person would could and would have the means to carry out said threat.

FWIW I'm not persuing nothing more than a beer, in fact I'm sorry I started this thread and I hope Skuzzy deletes it. Obviously if MrBlack acts as squirrelly in real life as he does here then he'd have been incarcerated long ago.
