Would this taste okay on a steak?

A mixture of:

vinegar, molassses, anchovies, onions, garlic, tamarind, cloves, and chili pepper ?

It's my favorite thing to put on a steak.

Absolutely, but with the Anchovies are they all chopped up or whole? (Never really had a taste for whole Anchovies or Oysters... pretty much every other edible seafood I enjoy tho).

Also good for steak:

Mix bourbon with melted butter and garlic salt and pour it over the uncooked steak. Leave it in the fridge for a few hour and then grill. (BTW, have lots of water handy because this mixture flames

).

bourbon, brown sugar, lemon juice, lea and perrins, onion, garlic, soy sauce.

soak it in that for a few hours then grill it, hmmm good!

How about you massage in some olive oil, salt, pepper, and let em sit in it for like 45 mins, then cook 3 mins a side, and you will have a steak!
