NUKE: Would this taste okay on a steak?

Why don't you just take good aged beef, cook it at really insane (bone-igniting) temperature so it's seared on the outside and barely warm on the inside and eat it like that?
 Tastes delicious.

Why start with crappy meat and add a bunch of crap to it to taste not like meat?

Best steak preparation EVAR!

throw huge slabs of steak on grill
Rub in healthy dose of Montreal Steak seasoning
Pour loads of Jalapeno Tabasco on steaks
Squeeze juice of 1 lime onto steak
Cook about 5 minutes, flip over
Pour more Jalapeno Tabasco on steak
Squeeze another lime on each
Cook for 3-4 minutes

Yummm!

Actually I put it on pretty damn fine steaks, what makes you assume I use "crappy meat" ?

And "aged beef" sucks imo. I don't like the stink (it's decaying) of a steak that has any greying on it, I only like fresh, red cuts.

Damn, gott try that!

I love that montreal steak seasoning, especially the spicy one. I pretty much like hot and spicey foods and this sounds good

If it aint spicy it's not Montreal steak spice. Trust me :D

it's basicaly dried garlic, onion, dill seed, mustard seed, crushed dried hot peppers, salt, cracked pepper corns, and few other things I can't identify. It's spicy, but not too much so.

Just soak the steak in Jack Daniels for a while then cook it. :-)

I don't put anything on a steak except a little salt.  I love the taste of a good steak and don't choose to alter or disguise it in any way.   Thats just me I guess, but thats how it is.

I like miracle whip on beef or pork roast.  :)

miracle whip on a roast YE GAWDS MAN!

just make a simple au jus, read or white wine to deglaze the roasting pan.

miracle whip

But I agree, nothing beats a good cut of steak grilled with only salt and pepper.
