it was bad.
not just warps. beacons discos total wierdness and lag so bad planes flying backwards a lot

awsome that 300people in ma but its not playable

How are the CT mods coming? A viable 2nd arena with harder settings should skim some numbers off the MA, and that should ease the server load, right?

Yep, and ive noticed it to be just as bad when I log on at 10pm est. Totally killing any desire i have to fly lately.

Discos, ground vehicles that warp (flip and move sideways), aircraft that momentarily freeze then completely disappear or end up on your six, and the worst of all - screen freezes and stutters when the enemy fire guns.

It's not just during peak hours, either. This is going on all the time.

I noticed that too. It's IMPOSSIBLE to attack a buff; as soon as you are at firing range and the buff starts to shoot at you, the screen freezes for 1-2 seconds.

I don't get that screen stutter thingie at all..
in clouds, smoke, furballing, attacking buffs.. etc.. even in Bigweek where we had very very large groups of AC in one area... and multiple buffs.

Could it be some kind of setting on your machines.. or possibly firewall software ?

Yep Furious it would be. A guy in our squadron brought that same issue up just a little while ago on our board. It seems that the introduction of AH voice was the beginning of some issues with connectivity for many people.

Server is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I get 1 FR when I get anywhere near an nme plane or GV. Hell I was just manning a field gun at a field with 3 planes and my FR was at 3!

This is unacceptable IMHO ... please please fix this.

I had a similar experience last night to that of AKNim. Whenever I got close to an enemy plane my screen would freez for a few seconds, or stutter really badly- kind of like watching a bad stop-action animmation

It was fine when I first got on but later the freezes started to appear and seemed to get more frequent and pronounced.

I had problems the other day, but that was beacuse of problems with the main itself apparently.

I havn't been having any problems with stutters, lockups (think I had one in the past 6 months), or anything of the sort (yet?). Started using ahvoice last night. No significant difference from using RW (other than the pause when RW would connect is missing).
