i think gv'ers will like ah2 if the current map is similar to the maps that will follow.

to build on that, i think, maps that simulate the terrian of france and or belgium would increase enjoyment even more.

i'm not a big gv guy but i might be lured into more ground pounding.

also, i'm cheered at the prospect that with the large field cities, we might see the ceiling of the game raised to the heights prior to the introduction of the bomb-site we have now.

also, ty all at htc for your hard work.  i think it looks great and will be super once it's launched.

Agreed. Ground terrain is outstanding. GV folks are gonna adore it.
I like Gv'ng as a break from flying. particularly when Flying starts getting frustrating as it has been for me lately.

squaddie and i piddled bout in ah2 for some time a few days back.  a zillion intriguing and well-thought out places to hide eg partially destroyed bldgs etc, tree lines.

eye-balled a set of tunnels that i've seen referred to on bbs, but couldn't find spawn to drive in em though.

also, might have some interesting low alt fites for furballers if trees remain obstructions.  can you imagine an la7 trying to get shape on a 2-zeke near the trees?

though i don't know for sure, 1 observation squaddie and i made was that with town size enlarged, base capture will require more work.  i'm looking foward to seeing how it all shakes out.
