  It was realy a good infentry suport weapon.


 We built a few Potato guns on Jobs before, some ABS and a can of hair spray and a lantern ignatoir, ram that spud down their and fire away good fun, espichaly when you add beer:)

Off topic....

Using that design I have made one using regulated CO2 and a electronic trigger that fires 150 paintballs at once. Yes it works and I have used it as a fire support weapon in Paintball games.

I made a styro-foam sabot for the  kid accross the street(on the condition he doesn't use it within 5 blocks).  it allows you to fire eggs from your spud gun.

btw- ether starting fluid gets you about 25% more range than hairspray.
