Want me to stop porking your feilds? Then STOP hoarding and porking MY bases
orr talk HTC into making feilds ALOT harder to capture so they cant be just steamrolled over
Or there is one other option.. Fly Cap and stop me before I get there.
All of these problems are made much worse by having the fields too close together.

When are Fester's new maps coming online? I spoke to him briefly last night, but didn't get a chance to get to the H2H session he was hosting. I've been putting in lots of time in USN planes in anticipation of those new maps.

Yeah, the community is quite lame when it comes to this.  But again this is only a problem because HTC does nothing to balbance the resupply with the ease of porking.  Hopefully they addressed this in AHII.

So do I, beleive me Problem is too many people defend bases at their own base. I've always beleived the best defence is an attack.
Some defenders at a home base are needed for sure. There are just too may that do it.
Problem with everyone defending over their own base is
what ends up happening is Country A figures out that they arent going to be able to vulch Country B's feild into submission so what they do is pork all the FH's. Now even the furballers cant fly. Then they just slide a goon in virtually upopposed.
Now if more peole flew to enemy bases and took out the Barracks and ammo. Country B's base might still ge captured but Country A is going to have to bring bombs and more importantly troops from a farther distance to do it  and Im sure most of you know how difficult it can be to get someone willing enough to fly a goon 1 sector let alone 2 or more. (Cept maybe the rooks who seem to be willing to fly several goons in from  3 or more sectors out even on trinity)
Thus giving country B enough time to mount a defence even if they have to come from another feild to do it.
In the event of these mass horde steamrollers. Often this isnt enough and I've found the only real option is to pork ammo, barracks and fuel.

BS Beetle and you know it.  Funny how you say that and then in the same sentence you talk of anticipation of festers maps which champion close bases.

I'll pork fuel when it's strategically smart. I like furballing but I'd rather have it over your base instead of mine.

What's a sky accountant? Seen that term recently, can't figure it out.

"What's a sky accountant?"

Lasz termed the phrase, but if he doesn't answer the question ... ask Zazen ... hehehe.

i agree with SLAPSHOT about the fuel i think it not need more bombs to take down or more fuel bunkers but needs to be made easy to bring up

or you could go the buff way and put 50 fuel tanks in a field and let the bombers get'um

What I'm looking forward to in Fester's new maps is not closer bases, but more emphasis on CV ops. The CVs will be moving around, so we will have variable base spacing! :)

Ol' Shifty.

You are tooooooo funny.

Generally speaking, CV's are driven TOWARDS the fight. Think of it as continually closer spacing.

I know how tough it is for you Beet. Might as well just own up to it. You no longer have the patience for the old "one field back", your sovereign solution of times gone by. Now you Beet feet for the CT or maybe even the DA, don't you? Or do you just log out of AH totally?

The urge to merge is hard addiction to break once you acquire a taste for it. All that climbing gets to be insipidly boring once the fight gets in your blood.

While you may not realize it yet, Luke...... the "dark side" is strong in you.

The fight's the thing. Accept it and free yourself.

Is there anyone out there who DOESN'T feel that 8 resupply goons is too many to bring the fuel at a base over 25%?

Right now, HT. And he's the one vote that matters.

He may look into it later but right now he's got bigger fish to fry.

Another thing to consider would be base clusters. You'd really have to do some porkage to knock out an area.

I was just reading something about guadalcanal and noticed they had a main feild and a fighter field 5 or 10 miles away. When the main field got plastered the fighters could still take off.
