Tour 49 Pasty Skin Award
« on: March 01, 2004, 10:35:53 AM »
Last month saw astronomical numbers with the MA playerbase in terms of time online.  The all time record has still not been surpassed and is still held by "UMAMA" in Tour 47 with a total of 314 Hours 17 minutes 15 seconds.  Last month's PSA Winner was SKatter with 287 hours, 38 minutes.  And without further adieu...

THE TOUR 49 PASTY SKIN AWARD GOES TO:
Skatter! with 304 hours, 54 minutes, and 10 seconds!
Second place goes to:
Birdo! with 252 hours, 40 minutes, and 47 seconds!
Third place goes to:
Sads! with 210 hours, 46 minutes, and 5 seconds!
Honorable mention:
YUCCA - 203:00:24
aka - 201:44:26
Devus1 - 199:49:47

Results are subject to change at any time (cuz I can't check the entire playerbase).  If you find any player with more hours than our finalists, please report here!

I logged (a whopping, I thought) 120+ hours last tour. I spent more time in AH than at work, and my work time is fixed.

It wasn't a good thing, I got a bit bored. I enjoy AH more if I have to leave wanting more.

Well things are back to normal now, and I'll be looking at my normal 20-40 hour months now.

This AH thing is scary.

Congrats to those addicted flyers.

The addiction is strong.

To put it in perspective, the 332nd squad put in a total of 286 hours for the 32 of us (only 23 actually flew in the MA).

10.88 hours a day for a twenty eight day tour. He almost flew as many hours in one day that I flew for the tour.

Is the actual time logged on measured or the playing time?

It's not hard to log in and be AFK for a whole day.

Just wondering...

Never got above 30 or 40 I think, I DO have a life y'know. If my friends were all avid AH players... welll that's another story. The only guy I can think off hasn't got the money to buy a reasonable computer and subscribe. Pity... I would have called him young Jedi and he could have called me Obi-Wan :D

you should see the hours people rack up playing Star Wars Galaxies.  Some guy had to quit because he gained over 50 pounds in 7 months because all he did with every waking moment was play SWG.  And the SWG forums are full of crying in beer stories of guys losing wives and girlfriends.  Now that's sad.

Seems like UMAMA flew during his countless hours, at least the score and stats seem to suggest he didn't just log on and go to work or whatever.

1517 kills, 2197 sorties...

Mindboggling.
