Yeah, I remember having the same feeling after watching both of Deborah Foreman's two '80s movies.  "I sat through two hours of mediocre film-making and didn't even see any breast curve?  The pain!  Oh, the pain!"

Ditto, the exception being...Ol'Yella, since I was roughly 10 yrs. old when I saw that movie in the theatre.

It really depends on how mentally stable i am when i go see the movie hehe...

If im stressed out, generally feeling bad and stuff and then i see a movie then the tears can come...

Other days they dont come... it all depends =)

Also if its a situation you can relate to...

Yeha, I cry every time I see Saving Private Ryan as well.  Every time I have to sit through the rediculously ham-handed schlocky opening and closing scenes in the cemetary with the old Ryan.  I cry for the fact that Spielburg couldn't resist tacking his typical sappy mush in where it wasn't necessary.  I cry for the thought of how much better this film would have been without these scenes.

That being said, I'm more than man enough to admit that I get teary eyed now and then during a film.  Having no emotions (or masking them) doesn't make you any more masculine.
