This guy is really walking a tightrope..  If he did his history he would see when stronger nations are threatened by weaker ones with resource cutoffs then usually the stronger nation secures those resources thru force...

Romans,  Greeks before them..  Assyrians Etc... Thats how it works...  

Japan attacking USA via WW2 is a direct reflection of this... Eliminating our fleet and taking the spoils in pacific..  mainly oil....

We cut them off, they buried our fleet.. that simple...

USA will react soon to this numbskull...

Quite a jump from cutting off all oil to Japan and forcing the US to buy its oil somewhere else.
Chavez would be happy to sell oil to the US if the CIA and the cuban thugs what work for them would stop trying to destroy democracy in his country.

Hey maybe send Kissinger down there to negotiate!

They only got a fraction of the fleet. Carriers were out at sea and many of the ships that were hit were salvaged.  Once the US got geared up, the japanese Navy deterioriated rapidly. They were never superior, only more desperate, and while there might be inherent strength somewhere in desperation, it is usually shortlived.
