he he, same time again.
We should make a shedule :D.

I only saw the Yak9U prototype with 4.1min up to 5km alt
Yes and its the only data for Yak-9U using full power.

the productionserie i have listed with 5min and more, 1st the 1946 Yak9U i have listed with 4,8 min.
Production Yak-9U 1944 - 5 min. Yak-9U 1943 with VK-105PF2 engine - 4,8 min.

So probably the 4.1min are with emergency!?
Yes. Ive decided that it is that ur searching for :).

Since the VK-107 seems to lose roundabout 200PS between 4 and 5k alt and the black curve seems to be the 3000rpm curve, the 5min with 2800rpm to 5k alt slowly get more logical to me.
Yes. 2800 rpm and weight of 3200kg is not good at all.

Iam right that for most wartime M(VK)-107A´s the black line is the Start/Not 3000rpm (5min ?) setting and a not shown line for 2800rp´s would represent the Steig/Kampf(30min?) setting??
3200 - combat power.
3000 - nominal power.
2800 - climb power.

Hi Isegrim, that are speed and climb sheets, unfortunately without enginedatas, i have them too, but without to know the overheattime and the enginesettingsetting etc such datas are not much worth.
Speed data for 3000 rpm setting. Climb data - unknown. Speed at SL for 3200 rpm - 600 kph.

Hi again, :)

3000 - nominal power.
2800 - climb power.

For german usage the climbpower(called climb/combat=Steig/Kampf) would be the 30min setting.

Was the 3200rpm combat power restricted or dissabled, like in the early DB605A and what was the usagetime of the 3000rpm nominal power till overheat???

For the attachments i also dont have a idea, sorry.

Greetings, Knegel

No limits. It (2800 rpm) was used up to the technical ceiling.

Yes it was disabled till december 44 and later. After that new production AC were equipped with new radiators. 3000 rpm on newer AC was Nominal setting. No overheating in level flight. So - no limits in level flight. On older AC 3000 rpm could overheat engine if it was summer time (+30 degrees C ). Absolutely no idea about time to overheat - but it looks like it was unusable in hot weather. But on the other hand it could be treated as Emergency setting. Very emergency indeed :).
