was unfair and may have brought about a curt reply. Have you ever read HTC's objective? Its to become a quality small company with interest in 1 game . Not a company inflating figures to sell to some game giant like EA. The idea of quality over quantity is what sold me.

If you like this kind of game, I think HTC is the best bet for developing it and keeping it around. Why? The owner is obviously a WW2 plane and sim fanatic, not some suit figuring ways to strip 14-year-olds of their money. I think suggestions are welcome if they don't contain digs about quality or comitment.

Just my 2 pennies.

Anyone who has just come through the Ruhr scenario can't have any complaints.

Allies and Axis alike thought it was spectacular in the 'feel' it gave about flying in those times.

If you want realism, support the scenarios. CAP is starting next week.

Yep, I agree. HT and crew have done an outstanding job bringing a lot of fun value for a small price. Ignoring the customer? They're very tuned in. When's the last time Bill Gates told you personally to come correct with your questions about Windows? I really doubt they lose any sleep over any big mouths on the bbs, but I think it says a lot they they actually take time to read the forums and I bet when they see something constructive it's probably taken into consideration.

No quick fixes to the afore mentioned so called problems.  Same quirks that bother some players, don't bother others at all.  All these issues have been discussed in years past....and there Ain't no easy solution to them.  From AW, to Warbirds to here...same issues.  Just have fun.....if you're not do what I do....log off.  You'll be back :)

I dont seek or require an apology. I'm not the who started this thread and was made fun of because he is concerned about a game that he enjoys playing with friends all the while looking for ways to provide suggestions and improve it. You jumped on him, not me. Apologize to him not me. If you were just trying to be funny, tell him not me. And if your looking to gain respect, look for it from him and not me. Right now i'm sure he respects you a whole lot for that last comment you made about him. Even moreso because you arent going to apologize to him and explain your position because of something somebody else said. Great idea. Are we still in highschool? You can do it  on the board, you can do it by email. You dont have to do it at all. Right now, you "expect" respect because you've been here 5 years. Tell that to the guy you just insulted because he was trying to suggest things for this game.

I play this thing as much as i complain about it. There are so many things wrong. And another person that says "if you can fix it , then do it". "if you can make both people die in a ram , then do it" is a brown nosing loser living in a dream world hoping for some extra perks. That is not my job. That is your job...if you feel like it. My extent is to tell you the problems that I see. Somepeople do that. Somepeople like me just simply complain about it in the MA because we know nothing will be done about it. SOmeone who thinks he can be heard and listened to like he is a human comes in here to post it and gets jumped on by the hierarchy and the brownnosers. I've been in a lot of sims in the past decade and have seen some crappy communities and support staff. I used to think the cake went to WWIIOL. Now i'm not so sure. A staff that critizes a paying customer (not that that matters to you it appears and i could care less that it did) for that player not being happy with his product? Reminds me of a large company actually. I always felt small companies were easier dealing with disgruntled customers.

What was wrong with a simple "I'm sorry things are not going very well for you, i understand that you are upset. We try our best and are striving to make things as good as will allow. We have considered a topic likek this in the past but could find no real way to amke it work. Perhaps in the future we will find a  format that will work for everyone, but until that time this is the very best that we can provide"

Wow, i thought of that in 10 seconds. Now go back and read yours. I dont require a response. See you in the arena.

well, HTC I know it isnt much in your grand scheme of things but you just lost yourself $14.95 a month. I have now gotten rid of my acct (that Ive had for 3+ years)Lets see 3 years=36 mths x 14.95 =about $540.00 . I know 14.95 a month isnt going to hurt you because you have 100's of other "sheep" that follow you around sticking their heads up ur Arses telling you how good you smell. And they will keep paying their hard earned money to you and maybe someday they will grow enough balls to stand up for themselves and voice their opinion instead of *****ing and complaining to themselves. Obviously you guys have no stinking clue about customer service, you ever heard the tearm "the customer is always right"?  You guys act like you are the gawd damn kings of the sim world, and at the current moment people put up with it because you are one of the only games in town. But you watch my words, you will be dropped like a hot rock when something else comes around. For the time being I will go fly a different sim and gladly pay ANY of your competition my hard earned money. Im out Cya.
