RAM get used to it m8
bish and rooks are pretty much going to ignore each other on this map.
they can't afford to actually try to fight 2front wars on this map.

We'd flat rip'em up and hold'em down to 2 bases each if they tried

Watching the answers in this thread seems that attacking a coutnry with 1 pilot when your own contry has 10 is ok? that is what I found when I logged in...in TWO fronts at the same time.

Valiant reckless rooks and bishes had a hard time with our fields. oh, yeah

1 thing about the new map.. it introduces parody as far as overall layout.  On the last map, the NE and NW countries were prone to attack the S country because the S country was closer to their HQ.  Unfortunately, the Southern country had 2 people close to its HQ at all times.

This puts everyone on an equal footing at all times as far as layout goes.  Now all HTC needs to do is find some way to make it less apealing to fight 2:1 wars.  Countries need to dedicate resources to both fronts.

From the looks of the radar, it appears that...

* The Rooks were engaging the Bishops up north and leaving the Knights alone, like good little Rooks will do when someone is hopelessly outnumbered.

* The Bishops were picking on the poor defensless Knights just to piss the Knights off.

* The Bishops were taking care of the Knights in an attempt to force a reset.

* The Bishops were picking on the outnumbered Knights because they were afraid to meet a foe that had more than a few players.

* The Bishops were getting gangbanged by the Knights and the Rooks.

* Most Knights have not showered in days, which will keep people from joining Knights.

* The Knights had several hours of either low attendance or poor defenses.

Or possibly a combination of any/all/none of the above.

When I logged on for the first time this tour, it was about 6:00 p.m. Hawaii time, or about 12:00 a.m. US Eastern time. The knights had gained a lot of our south east fields fairly quickly. When I got on I saw red in all of the front line vehicle field sectors. I found out all the hangars were disabled. The bish were outnumbered down in that quarter against the knights who were gaining fields. I had to log without sortying due to dinner time. I came back about 2 hours later, and found that the knights had A15 along with most of the canyon vehicle bases. They took V39, V40 at one point, and were concentrating on A11. We were primarily on the defensive, but some ambitious bish took back the canyon vehicle bases despite losing our HQ. A11 was continually pounded till it was about 11:00 p.m my time. They eventually must've given up and we took our remaining fields back. After that I logged, and there were only 2 knights online (about 12:30 a.m. here). The situation RAM is showing is the result of what happened many hours ago. You can't expect countries (any country) who have been raided for long periods of time to just pick on someone else and leave the previous agressor alone. This goes for any country.. I've seen it after the few times the bish make big raids and also outnumber both the rooks and knights... when people go to bed and numbers drop off, the knights and rooks will come knocking. And after seeing these posts here, I'll expect the usual big raids over bishland when I come home from work. Same stuff with either map.. since we're the same bunch o people. I guess the action will be quicker now with a slightly smaller map...

What I saw a scant 7 hours later:

RAM, imagine seeing the picture you posted above for an entire week.  You will then get a feeling for how bad the bish had it last week.

Again, you are missing my point at all.

I have nothign against gangbanging.

I have a lot against attackin a country that has 0,1 or 2 people standing alone to defend it agains a two front attack.

I hope it is more clear now.

Waaaaa Waaaaa Waaaaa....

RAM, it sure is clear but I don't think what is clear is the point you wanted to make....

Get some dry Pampers and the world will look a lot better.

This is just a fact of life in the arena. We beat up on the Bish something fierce last week. So it is our turn this week? You get to launch right into the fray with a lot of friends around. OK, so you only have 4 friends.

War doesn't always go your way. Get used to it. This stuff comes and goes. Denial is not just a river in Egypt, son.
