Damn, the project stranded.
Aparently the wife of the one with the barn and room for it said quote: "jævla tulling" translation: "****ing moron". She claimed that they where in no need for a tank and for him to grow up :(

It would be so cool tho to rumble up to the range at the local gunclub with a T62 and aim the lazer at the target shouting "Sabot up!" :D

Just remind her of the money that could be earned by allowing people to pose in the turret like a tank commander.  You could set up a booth at air shows and gun conventions.

If that T62 or equivalent was priced like that in the US, I think it would sell quickly.  I'd buy it in a hearbeat.
