Yes, you can only be ELECTED president twice, it says nothing about VP ascenstion to president.

22 amendment,  a person can only serve two ELECTED terms*, or if they served as prez for more than 2 yrs ( if they replaced the sitting prez) they can only be elected for one more term. so clinton can be VP.


* because the libs say boosh was not ELECTED in 2000, he can run again in 2004 and 2008.
