If their old and smart enough to vote, then their old enough to smoke, drink, have full driving rights, join the Army and have sex with anyone over the age of 18, no questions asked.

Unless they commit a crime, in which case they can be considered adults?

Never ceases to amaze me what some people will do. This IDEA is TARDSVILLE..............

Reporter asks...."WHo is the Govenor of this state?"

14 year old replies..."Huh...like..he's the guy that like..was huh..like..the huh..like..the Terminator Dude...you know..the Ill be back dude..he was coool in that movie"

Reporter asks 16 year old same question....

16 year old replies..."Like I'm not really sure what his name is..but his wife is definatly boneable..Like she is hot..I'd vote for him just to see her on the news..Like she is HOT!"

Legalized marajuana useage for alllll people over the age of 10 in California passes today by one of the closest votes in history....

540,000 against
540,000 2/3 for

1 16 year old and a 14 year old clear the way for the state to get stoned

Yeah give em all the right to vote. Maybe just Maybe a vote will come up for California to succeed and it will pass by a lone 14 year olds vote.:rofl

0.75...

2/3 is 0.66

trick with voting is unlike porn, drinking, smoking and sex, teens dont go through great lengths to start doing it at 14

The stupidness of this thread far exceeds that of any stupid thread to come before it and will shadow any thread after it with its stupidness.

Kids voting? Please! Give me a break... ROFL

Who would they vote into office first? Barney or one of the Power Rangers? WAIT I GOT IT! How about Leonardo fromt he Ninja Turtels!?! Yep thats got to be it!

You guys need to think of something a little better to talk about than children having the right to vote.

How about... Yeah i got it! Giving house pets the ability to obtain a drivers licence! Thats a topic that will strain your intelect for days to come:D

To play devils advocate, many people made the same arguments when the voting age was reduced from 21 to 18.  Why is this different?

at the time 18 year olds where being drafted, and being killed.  IMO (and the prevailing opinion of the day)it is unreasonable to ask someone to die for policies they have no voice in.
