Hey man THX

A dumb question
When beeing a pilot, do they go from Airman Rank straight to second lieutenantall, or do Pilots go frm 1.Airman 2.Airman 1st class, 3.Senior Airman etc.

When i see on others Squad pages i see it starts at Airman then second Lieutenant, First lieutenant, captain etc. Or is this just to shorthen it down

They don't. The US military doesn't have enlisted pilots. The Nave,Marines and Air Force Commissioned Officers are the Pilot. IN the US Army, most pilots are Warrent Officers. The commissioned officers are the leaders. Which sucks for them. They don't fly much unless they are a Flt Platoon Leader, Company, Battlion Commander. The rest of the time they are in staff postions and only get their min's to keep their flt pay. The real pilots in the Army are the Warrent Officers. So if you want to fly helicopters in the Army, be an Warrent Officer.
