Djust back from a 7 KM fast pace walk... gonna do some push ups etc now

some advice if ya want it....

when you get the symptoms... do something physical and keep doing it. Symptoms are just pent up energy that you would usually have released by smoking. Release it some other way.

This works for me with all my bad habits
