Real life Jurassic Park experiment gone awry

Pulled this off a dinosaur forum.  Think it could have any truth to it?

but in 1999 6 guys in Penn convinced the US Government to begin a program to extract dinosaur DNA.The organization genetically manipulated the few traces of what they found and thought they'd have a "winning combination". After a full year of incubation, the egg (yes, they used an egg but it was soft-shelled like a fish egg) never developed. This past year was spent trying to correct the supposed mistakes of the past project. They program finally managed to get a cell to divide, they use the same process and created a growing egg. When the egg was examined everything looked fine, weight was a little more than expected, but nothing more that that. In Feb of this year, 2003, the egg was manually hatched. There was no dinosaur, or even anything that looked like oh cookies!ed lizard. What they had grown was a 22lb infectious tumor, that could be spread by blood contact. I spent the last 4 months in a hospital bed having had 3 surgeries and chemonuclear radio therapies. I wish I wouldn't have ever had anything to do with DinoC.E.L.L. There is no way in hell that dinosaurs will walk the earth again, believe me, I've tried. Now the government won't even recognize any of the work I've put forth, and they sure as hell aren't paying my bills.

My guess would be that it isn't very true.

For some reason I find this bit hilarious.
War! Never been so much fun. War! Never been so much fun! Go to your brother, Kill him with your gun, Leave him lying in his uniform, Dying in the sun.
