Once again, very rare here in Central West Virginia.
It seems like a lot of people in my area, People who never finished junior high let alone High School, that live way below the poverty level and havent the vaguest idea on how the US government works, are Die-hard Bush Supporters. Add those "bubbas" (as I like to call them) with the large percentage of Seniors here and it looks like a Republican victory in WV, 2004.
